Do you know the "banana diet"?
Japanese women are hooked on this diet method.
They say that person anyone who wants to lose weight, must not eat anything but bananas and water in every morning.
I had tried it, however because of the TV program which introduced this diet, bananas have dissapeared in every supermarket!!!!
I gave up continuing it.
Instead of bananas, I have tried to eat an apple and water every morning without eating rice.
I eat a little miso soup because it is very healthful food.
But I have tried not to eat any carbohydrates.
In addition, I go to Curves which is a very famous sports gym for only women.
Thanks to Curves and "apple diet", this morning my weight was 1kg less than my recent weight.
I will keep taking care of what I eat, and of what I should eat every time. I will be able to wear cool jeans of 28 inches in the near future!
