I like visiting temples. The faces of Buddhas make me feel at peace. However I realized I did not distinguish the differences of each statue of Buddha.

When you go to Kyoto and temples, you will be fed up with a lot of statues of Buddha. But once you can distinguish the difference of statues, you can feel friendly toward Buddha. You could find one Buddha who resemble you somewhere in Kyoto or in Japan. I think this Buddha would help you in your life.

Hello soup, thank you for your comment.
After writing this essay, I really would like to visit Kyoto and Nara. This is my spritual hometown, I think. Everytime I go there, I have discovered something new. :)
By the way, I'm a media student who's specializing in 3D animation at my final year in college. We were given a project in it to make a walk-through animation of any place. Coincidentally, I had decided to do one on the Heian Jingū shrine in Kyoto. I'm still collecting information on it. Since you have visited a few shrines, would you have any information on the basic interior of the shrines, their build and significance? Any data would be helpful. Hope I'm not troubling you with this.
Hi soup, thank you again for your comment.
You are collecting infomation of shrine, especially Heian Jingu. OK, I will search a few shrines and of course Heian Jingu. I will upload the pictures. But please wait for a moment.
Since Kyoto is still cold until mid-March, I will go there when cherry begins to bloom. ;-)
