What is the most important thing for a tour guide?
01.Competency of a tour guide doesn’t define only proficiency of English, but also having knowledge of Japanese culture. But the sheer hospitality, called in Japanese “Itareri-Tsukuseri” which simply means “perfect", is a requirement for tour guides.

You need "a" here.
You need "but also" here.
You don't need "the" here.
"is a requirement for" is more natural.
02.It is no use hiring a tour guide who can only explain the history. The huge number of websites and booklets would suffice for getting information. The reason why foreign tourists hire a tour guide is they need a person who can make their travel fun, and who can turn even an unanticipated happening into a good memory.
You need "the" here.
"tourists hire" is more natural because there are many tourists.
03.They might want tour guide to be an entertainer, or to be a good listener to them .
03. You don't need "to them" here because we can understand it from the context.
04.The interesting point of being a tour guide, in my opinion, that is is that they have develop a deep relationship between a guide themselves and tourists by spending several days together.
"is that they develop a deep relationship between themselves and tourists" is more natural.
05.I think Japanese people have a natural-born competency of for being a tour guide, because they always think what to do for others.
"of" is unnatural here.
06.I want tourists to have experience of Japanese hospitality.
06. You don't need "have" and "of" here

By the way, just to inform you: unfortunately or fortunately I decided not to take up doing the shrine for the animation right now. I wont have enough time for it and this is my first attempt at a 3D model. So once I finish basic tasks, I will go on to model the shrine!
Thank you for your comment, and I am sorry for late reply.
I am looking forward to seeing your 3D model in your blog! :)
Even though you decided not to take up doing the shrine for your work, I will take a lot of pictures of shrines! Please be patient for a moment! :)
We have to do 12 models for the exam; the first one is up at my blog. Check it out!
