Japanese women are hooked on this diet method.
They say that person anyone who wants to lose weight, must not eat anything but bananas and water in every morning.
I had tried it, however because of the TV program which introduced this diet, bananas have dissapeared in every supermarket!!!!
I gave up continuing it.
Instead of bananas, I have tried to eat an apple and water every morning without eating rice.
I eat a little miso soup because it is very healthful food.
But I have tried not to eat any carbohydrates.
In addition, I go to Curves which is a very famous sports gym for only women.
Thanks to Curves and "apple diet", this morning my weight was 1kg less than my recent weight.
I will keep taking care of what I eat, and of what I should eat every time. I will be able to wear cool jeans of 28 inches in the near future!

I have decided buying English book at first, and try to read. For my children who will be interested in English, I will buy the book in Japanese to understand well.
We have just finished the book on the LingQ discussion.
I was really satisfied with this book. I found it heartwarming.
I have learned a lot of things from this book.
After finishing this book, I intended to read other books such as Chicken Soup for the Soul. Simply because I have it.
However after reading the last chapter of the Ultimate Gift, I want to read more to know the next process of main character.
I recommend this book to all of you. It is written with simple sentences so that we can enjoy reading.

I am tired of incredible hot summer.
I feel gilty when I turn on the airconditioner every day. However I cannot stand these hot days.
In addition, I have to go out with my kids: pool, city library, museums...almost every day.
Yes, I know it is my precious and important task as a mother. I enjoy the time with my kids.
However this hot summer irritates me a lot!!!!
My kids tries to read as much as they can. Whenever they finish reading, I have to take back books to the city library and borrow the other ones. It takes about 15 minutes to get there by bicycle. (I don't have driving licence).
Sunlight burns me relentlessly. I have to prepare myself to have a lot of age spot on my face in the near future...

My daughter is always happy to go to the elementary school. She enjoys learning how to write Japanese, numbers and very simple math. She usually goes back home with her friends. She enjoys chatting on the way back home with them. However, she has a problem dealing with a rude classmate.
He lives near our house. He moved to our community last year. He has been famous for boorish behavior toward other kids. I have heard that he pushed a boy from the stairs, beat up his classmates, and intimidated them in his kindergarten.
I was shocked when I found out he was the classmate of my daughter on the entrance ceremony day. I have been anxious about him beating her.
All of the teachers in the elementary school know his bad behavior. They have tried to get a chance to meet his mother to talk about him. All of them have watched out for him.
As for me, even though I have been worried about his behavior, I tried to keep smiling and to say hello to him. And I have decided that I would scold him in a calm manner if he did wrong.
One day, I realized that he has not learnt how to communicate with others from his parents. He wants to play with other kids. But he doesn't know how to talk with friends. Therefore he could not help beating his friends to attract their attention. I feel sorry for him.
However parents of other kids have raged against him and his mother who look like she is indifferent about her son's behavior. Exaggerated stories about him get around outside of the school through emails. I understand the anxiety of many of the parents. However we have to regard rumors with a grain of salt. I think they prevent him from growing up.
At eight thirty, we went to bed, and I read books for my kids. Basically my kids choose books. My daughter picked up the book I don't like reading. I turned down her request.
The book is about three elephants at the zoo in Tokyo during World War II.
