Now I have been reading again Anne of Green Gables.

I already read Anne of Green Gables with LingQ system 2 years ago. 

However as I found there are a lot of good expression in this book,  I have decided to read again, reviewing good expression and words, this interesting girl's story. 

Thanks to contribution from other learners of LingQ, we have huge volume of contents in the library!  I cannot help devour them!  I have a lot of interesting content in English and French in my workdesk!  I am looking forward to reading them!

I would like to contribute a lot of shared contents to the LingQ library.  However I am now very busy reading interesting contents!  Thank you!

We can read and listen to a large variety of news; health, education, economic, political news, including Anderson Cooper 360 and Larry King Live.
I listen to the audio files everyday to improve my listening skill.
In the April issue, I found news about a tragic accident which occurred at a zoo in San Francisco last December.
 
The news said three young men went in the zoo, broke into the pen of tiger.

An eyewitness said that two of them had thrown something with a slingshot. The tiger who got mad assaulted one of them and killed him.
I am very sorry not for the young men, but for the tiger who was shot after the accident .
 
I think it acted in self-defense.
 
Who welcome the poacher in his own area? Nobody says "Welcome to my area, unknowns!"

Basically I don't like to go to the zoo. I partly recognize the zoo contribute to understanding wild life.
However for wild animals who are in captivity, the zoo is nothing less than the prison.

I am happy to see my children enjoy viewing and studying various animal at the zoo.

I would like to say to my kids that those animals are our guests from Africa, South Asia and so on, we have to respect our guests.

To write polished English,

To write polished English, it is indispensable to read a lot. However, it is not that you should devour books as many as possible, but you should take plenty of time for a book. The thing you should not do is getting through 24 hours without reading at least 1 or 2 pages of good book.

The thing you should not do is getting through 24 hours without reading at least 1 or 2 pages of good book You shouldn't go 24 hours without reading a page or two of a good book.

 
Always spell out numbers under ten.


 

I have enjoyed reading over the Internet. I have saved words and phrases I found interesting and good expression in my vocabulary data base. I try to use a few of them when I write an essay.

INTERNET is not a proper name and should not be capitalized. 

As for Eigobin, I found very interesting that Eigobin ask me to use a phrase when I submit email to other members. In the beginning, it was tough to find a good phrase among the list to write an email. I come to use them steadly. Thanks to that system, my active vocabulary have been accumulated. Next target is that I can use these vocabulary in speaking. I was so busy writing emails here in Eigobin for 6 months. From March, I will try to speak using good expressions I learned in Eigobin.

As for Eigobin, I found it very interesting that Eigobin asked me to use a particular phrase when I submit email to other members. In the beginning, it was tough to find a good phrase among the list to write an email. I have come to use them often steadly . Thanks to this that system, my active vocabulary has have been accumulated. My next goal Next target is that I can to use these vocabulary in words while speaking. I was so busy writing emails with here in Eigobin for six 6 months. From March, I will try to speak using good expressions I learned from Eigobin.

 GOAL is more common for language study
