01.Competency of a tour guide doesn’t define only proficiency of English, but also having knowledge of Japanese culture. But the sheer hospitality, called in Japanese “Itareri-Tsukuseri” which simply means “perfect", is a requirement for tour guides.

The reason why foreign tourists hire a tour guide is they need a person who can make their travel fun, and who can turn even an unanticipated happening into a good memory.

05.I think Japanese people have a natural-born competency of for being a tour guide, because they always think what to do for others.
"of" is unnatural here.
